David Howarth was a school teacher at Archies were David loved to teach, the subject that David teached was P.E. David was a very sporty person. David had a wife called Claire who also worked at Archies but Claire teached History. David & Claire had a little girl who is only 4 years young. David & Claire had alot of good memory's together. Every pupil at Archies like myself will miss Mr Howarth alot because he would help you with anything that you needed help with, the best thing was when he would help you he would help you as a friend not a teacher. David will be missed by every single person that ever new him. It just shows how many people loved him because on the 27th June 2008 it was David's funeral which was held at Bridge Chapel and the room was completely full of people, alot of people had to stand just outside the doors because there was that many that turned out to suport him, it was a brilliant survious so i hope that we all made you so proud of us all. R.I.P. David best person the world has ever known and the greatest teacher Archies has ever had. R.I.P. Never forgotten always with us he and now in are hearts were for ever you will be xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

R.I.P Mr.Howarth

You were one of the best teachers that school had, no matter who you were, you had the time for everyone, you were never to busy, and if someone needed your advice or jus a friendly face on a rainy day you were always there to offer advice or a friendly chat. You were a friend to everyone, not just a teacher and thats what made you so special. Hope your shinnng down on all of us davey, you were an inspiration to every single pupil at archies and we will try our best to make you proud. Xxxx
